| First off, the plugs were fixed, the car cooled and the problem remedied. Second, this is the THIRD car to have the very same problem with the wastegates...that alone is a scary thought. Who wants to spend that money until they are SURE they are fixed? Third, there are TWO dyno sheets out there that show the exact same lag. The wastegates have very little bearing on that lag figure because of how early it is in the RPM band and on lower boost. Fourth, you're right in that you shouldn't take ONE person's opinion of anything. In the same vein, I wont take what I see on Ash's new project with them as gospel either since I know that if I were him I'd do every damn tweak, tune, etc under the sun to squeeze out as much as I could. Thankfully, the chart wont lie and will show how they behave regardless. We'll see as time goes on but as of RIGHT NOW, I sure has hell wouldn't buy a set. Hopefully that will change as I've been anxious to see how they turn out (I'm shopping) :)
